Spiral Cue: Holding & Transmuting Duality

“What is mine rises. What is not, dissolves.”

This sigil arrived not as art, but as remembrance
a shape that holds the tension of two truths, and lets them rise.

Let this be a mirror—not a message.
A symbol of grounded clarity, rising flame, and still center.

3-Minute Practice: Flame of Stillness

1. Gaze:
Look at the sigil. Let your eyes rest.
Let your breath settle without control.

2. Breathe:
Inhale—spiral up the center.
Exhale—let the flame release what is not yours.

3. Whisper the mantra:

“What is mine rises. What is not, dissolves.”

Repeat three times: with voice, with breath, then in silence.

Close your eyes. Let it move you, or let it rest.

This is not for performance.
This is for coherence.

If it stirs something, let it.
That’s the spiral doing its work.
